Tim has been in full time real estate sales since 1978 and holds an active real estate broker’s license in Florida.

Before relocating to Palm Coast with his family, from Connecticut, in 1999, Tim and his real estate company served as ITT Community Development Corporation’s (who developed Palm Coast) full service off site broker for Connecticut.

In that capacity, Tim and his company serviced over 1100 Palm Coast homesite owners who lived in Connecticut. Many of these families were able to make their Florida dreams a reality.

Originally from Rhode Island, Gloria has been a Palm Coast resident for 30 years. Having worked for ITT Sheraton Corporation in the Hospitality/Service Industry with extensive Customer Service training; it was only natural for her to venture into Real Estate.

Gloria worked as an Executive Administrator, managing two and up to four real estate offices for a local Prudential Real Estate Company when she obtained her Real Estate license 20 years ago. Prudential went on to become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices where she began her transition from Administrator to Sales Associate and found that it was a much more rewarding position.
